At Samra Jewellery, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags and original packaging are intact to facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Samra presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a secure courier pickup from your designated address.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival, our master jewelers will inspect the piece for quality assurance, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
